Challenge: A new luxury condo complex in downtown Providence was sponsoring a large outdoor event. They needed someone who could manage all the details from conception to execution.
Solution: Developed a creative invite and managed the pre-event and on-site event logistics.
Brookline Chamber Of Commerce
Challenge: A former colleague was the QuickBooks guru and since left the organization. The director of the Chamber wanted to better understand how QuickBooks worked and how to produce the reports she needed for the Board of Directors.
Solution: Went through the Chamber’s QuickBooks to make sure everything was set up correctly. Then the Director walked us through the reports she was trying to produce. We established a remote connection to her computer and built the reports she was looking for directly on her computer. She reviewed them each day and through the remote connection we were able to make changes in real time.
Chambers Consulting
Challenge: Executive Coach that was in the process of launching her practice, writing a book and starting a monthly leadership newsletter. She was looking for someone who could help take on some of her administrative tasks.
Solution: I produce her monthly newsletter as well as work with her to create marketing materials to support the promotion of her new book. She also speaks at a number of events and I work with her to create and design PowerPoint presentations. When her schedule gets hectic she sends me a number of misc. tasks to complete such updating her contacts with business cards she collects at speaking engagements, updating a member directory, ad hoc technical assistance, etc.
Griffin Construction
Challenge: He has never filed his income taxes on time and wanted this year to be the first year that he didn’t file an extension. He came to me with boxes of receipts and checks to input into QuickBooks so that he would be able to produce the reports his accountant needed to file the company's taxes.
Solution: Took all the information, input it into QuickBooks and worked with the accountant to better understand how he was looking to have the information organized.
Lifework Synergy
Challenge: Recently published a book and was doing a number of speaking opportunities surrounding its promotion. She needed a person who could be the logistics contact as well as answer emails in her absence.
Solution: We set up an email box that I could monitor remotely allowing me to set up appointments for her, check email as well as manage her speaking engagement logistics. Additionally she gave all of her speaking engagement contacts my phone number so that if they had any questions regarding logistics I could answer them on her behalf.
MasterCard Advisors - Customer Experience Group
Challenge: Wanted to organize a celebrity charity golf event. No one in the organization had the time to put it together.
Solution: Hired me to execute all the details for the event, including choosing the location, getting sponsors, sending out the invites, finding promotional items, and being the main on site contact.

Challenge: Looking for a way to better share contact information across the company. Purchased Outlook 2003 and needed assistance in establishing a consistent way to input the information.
Solution: Provided 3 one-hour Outlook training sessions that showed the company how to better utilize Outlook. Worked with them to streamline their contact process and build company policies around Outlook.
Rewards Network
Challenge: Sales Director is a power Outlook user and his sales force was not, making it very difficult for him and his assistant to keep track of appointments, tasks and email communications.
Solution: Worked with the Sales Director and his assistant to devise a customized Outlook training that would help his sales team better utilize Outlook and schedule his time for sales meetings that required his attendance.
