Kim Barnes Jefferson started To The Last Detail in 2002 after spending more 15 years in the advertising, high technology, retail and hospitality industries. Kim has worked for a Fortune 1000 consumer software company, a Forbes 500 high technology research company, an award-winning online retailer, and a four-star luxury inn before deciding to start To The Last Detail.

Kim holds a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Management from Bentley University.  She holds a number of certifications from VA Classroom including their social media specialist and product launch specialist certification.
Kim is also an ACSM certified personal trainer and ACSM wellness coach.

Kim strives to build a mutually beneficial relationship with her clients with one goal in mind that she and her clients learn something from each other. She is highly motivated, accurate, thorough, and precise in her attention to details. She has excellent analytical and organizational skills and is very competent in completing multi-faceted tasks within time constraints. She is skilled in interpersonal relationships and is often praised for her can-do attitude.
